Welcome to GoaTaxis.in, operated by Bilal Tour and Travels. By booking a cab, using our website, calling us, or contacting us on WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Booking Confirmation
- Bookings can be made through website, WhatsApp, or phone call.
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team.
- Vehicle availability depends on date, time, route, season and traffic conditions.
- We reserve the right to assign a similar or upgraded vehicle if required.
2. Pricing & Fare Policy
- All fares are shared before booking whenever possible.
- Prices may vary during peak season, late-night hours, toll changes or route changes.
- Parking charges, toll tax, state tax, entry fee or waiting charges may be extra unless stated.
- Extra stops or route changes after trip start may increase fare.
3. Payment Terms
- Most rides can be booked without advance payment.
- Payment can be made directly to driver or as instructed by GoaTaxis.
- For large vehicles, long routes, package tours or peak dates, advance payment may be required.
- Full payment must be completed before trip end.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Please inform us as early as possible if cancelling a booking.
- Last-minute cancellations may attract driver cancellation charges.
- Advance payments for reserved vehicles may be non-refundable depending on timing and vehicle type.
- No-show bookings may be charged fully or partially.
5. Waiting Time
- Airport pickups include reasonable waiting time after landing.
- Additional waiting charges may apply after free waiting period.
- Delays due to incorrect location shared by customer may be chargeable.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Please provide correct pickup time, location, hotel name and contact number.
- Passengers must behave respectfully with drivers.
- No illegal items, dangerous goods or prohibited substances allowed.
- Customers are responsible for personal belongings.
7. Driver & Vehicle Allocation
- Driver details may be shared before trip start.
- Vehicle number may change due to operational reasons.
- We work with trusted local drivers and transport partners across Goa.
8. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
- We do not share your booking information with anyone unnecessarily.
- To complete your ride, we may share your name, pickup location and phone number with the assigned driver for pickup/drop coordination.
- Your data may also be used internally for support, booking management and service improvement.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, accidents, road closures, police checks or natural events.
- Estimated arrival times are approximate only.
10. Liability Limitation
- GoaTaxis acts as a booking and transport service provider.
- Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the booking.
- We are not responsible for indirect loss, missed flights, missed trains or hotel loss due to delays beyond control.
11. Website Usage
- All website content belongs to GoaTaxis unless otherwise stated.
- You may not copy, misuse or reproduce website content without permission.
- Misuse, spam or fake bookings may result in service refusal.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms anytime without prior notice. Latest version published on website shall apply.
